age-restricted residential community which was under Rochester’s Special Residential Development
(SRD) bylaw. The project includes the permitting of a public drinking water supply well, a 9,990 gpd
common septic system with advanced treatment, compliance with strict local stormwater regulations,
wetland crossing, and a wetland replication design. This project utilizes Low Impact Design (LID)
