Principal & Chief Engineer As Principal and Chief Engineer, Rich Rheaume oversees many of the firm's large, complex projects. He has nearly 40 years of design experience for a broad range of projects including residential, commercial, office, industrial, institutional, and municipal. Rich is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut, and is also a Licensed Site Professional in Massachusetts.
